    Look up these dates I'm sure you'll find it educational about how things ran in our government in the past.

    Just a few interesting dates about our elected representatives.
    I’m fairly up on my U.S. history, and aware of how things were done ~200 years ago.

    But, this is today. The world is watching. Just my opinion, but we owe it to ourselves and the rest of the civilized world to hopefully show them how things are resolved diplomatically.

    There is a time for violence and a time for not violence, this was not the time for violence.

    I’ll stand by my original statement, I’d prefer to see my elected officials act a bit more professionally. This was a show. JMO, YMMV.
