I just bought a used stack on elite 16 gun safe and i was wondering how/if i could change the combo on the lock it is the manual lock not the electronic one btw.

I guess you dont have the user manual.
Try to go on their website, usually they have a pdf version for each model.
Im not sure you can change the combo on a manual lock but I would look first at their website.

It's all relative. If you like what you bought and are comfortable with the price, you did ok.
