They're vinyl wraps, and actually kind of worthless.

I'm currently working on stripping one of my painted rifles. I'll post up a pic when I've repainted it.

I don't know why I didn't just paint over top; With the clear coat on top it's a real pain. The worn down paint looks kind of cool, though.
