    There are doctors that have written in the last two years that they refuse to work on patients who have been exposed to second-hand smoke. They call it third-hand smoke.

    I don't have a link, just find a blog written by a doctor or nurse and, if they haven't written it themselves, they will have a link to one written account or another about it.
    Kinda flies in the face of the Hippocratic Oath doesn't it?

    Someone please tell me that it was alcohol, but I swear I just heard on the TV news that the Indiana legislature is talking about a state-wide ban on smoking. How quickly they forget the effects of the alcohol ban in the last century!

    Just in "public" places. Sorry, I don't smoke, don't like smoking, but will not impose my desires on those who do.

    I cant belive those donkey holes passed up on a chance for more taxes. I would at least offer smokers a chance to buy a sidewalk smoking permit $$ and then employ some more people as smoke PO . Just to prove paying for freedom can stimulate the economy.
