I would personally love to see the seller pay the price for a dishonest posting and especially for selling a "not properly working" gun.
IF I was the seller I would make it right.
IF this seller doesn't make it right then he should be called out in the open forum with a BIG "BUYER BEWARE" sign on his profile.

Beech grove Walmart yes. Beech grove lowes no. It the psychology behind the choice and the persons comfort level with the selection.

I'm going to give him 24hours from when I first pm'd him yesterday asking to make a deal, if he don't respond by then to make it right then I'm going to bring it out in the open so I know everybody else will have the heads up on him. Going to make the call to Taurus on lunch to see about them fixing what's wrong with it so I know it will be safe and if I sell it at a later date the next owner will have a safe and functional gun even if it costs me out of my own pocket. I wouldn't want that on me knowing I did something like that. On a different note Churchmouse's and bbi's comments give me a good laugh and make the ordeal funny in a way lol

You'll find those two are a a big part of the reason this is such a cool community. Stick around and stay involved.

Sorry to hear about your crummy purchase experience.

Is this the first time in your life you have failed to get your way? Man, give it a rest. You failed at reading comprehension. You threw your little hissy fit in open forum...and got away with it. I suggest you let it go and move on.

Geepers sorry dad, guess you missed the part where I wrote " kidding, geesh.."
Talk about Reading Compression... Ahhhh. To soon for humor ???

    Later....

My children used to do the same thing. Keep grinding salt in the wound and then say.....kidding. Thankfully, they grew out of that.

To meet at beech grove Walmart should have set off your spidey senses.

Why? I often use public places with tons of cameras as a place to conduct transactions, and let it be know I have selected that location for just that reason.

To the OP, just curious what the sellers post count was at the time of transaction. I know if I was lied to about condition and round count or anything else I would leave negative feedback.

I think his post count was around 126 but I'm not positive, he has been a member for a few years though.

I would be surprised if Taurus didn't fix it free of charge, and pay shipping both ways. I suspect you will just be out the inconvenience of having to ship it to them and then wait for it to get back.

:popcorn:I want to see how this ends. Will it be epic or go out like a fart in the wind.

If the members name is made public I see an epic dog pile.
This will make for a bad ending and we (staff) would as soon not deal with it.

Again....do your homework. If the member has more than 1 poor feedback it goes to character.
    Proceed at your own risk.

He's on my do not buy list whoever he be and I think I may of reported his post for no pics, but can't remember. So it looks like the bully mods will let this go out like a fart in the wind.
