I'll ban Fenway, but everyone will need to put some money up to offset the salary I'll lose when I lose my mod position. $65,000/yr is a lot of money.

Serious answer: No. Only an Administrator can do that here.

I tried to ban VUPDBlue once. It only made him more powerful.
