This is my Remington 870. Pretty much stock except for the ATI pistol grip stock. I pretty much just use it for trap and pheasant hunting.

This is my first shotgun. I don't hunt and really only got it for home defense. Mossberg 500 JIC. Absolutely love it so far.

Added the Knoxx Breacher's Grip to help the recoil on the wrists. Major difference.

Does anyone know if a Remington 1187 deer barrel will fit on a 1100? I recently purchased an older 1100 and want to use it as a deer gun. I found a guy who has a 1187 barrel but want to make sure it would fit. Thanks!

Well, unless they have changed something, the receivers are the same except for the roll markings. I believe the non-compensated barrels will swap as well. The only difference between the older 1100s and the ocmpensated 2-3/4&3" 11-87s was the barrel ring, the extractor, and the forend.
