    Shoot to survive =/= shoot to wound.

    Shoot to survive means to do what's necessary. Saying you're training people to shoot to kill is political suicide.

    I prefer using the word Stop, as it's the most accurate and no one is confused by that. Maybe it means his actions stop, or that his heart stops? Regardless, the threat has stopped.
