How frisky is your county prosecutor and do they support the constitution?
Might call them, and see if they will call the bank?

According to Indiana Code § 34-52-1-1, signs must be accurate and not misleading. If a sign falsely claims something is the law when it is not, it could be considered a violation of this statute.

This bank is a bank that bought out my old bank. Its out of Ohio. Civista bank.

Now I wonder if that is Ohio law and they just placed the sign on their new Indiana branches?

I just noticed it. I've went in and out of my branch for years with my EDC IWB pistol for many decades. Never had a sign like that before.
As an Ohio native, that's not a law in Ohio, or at least I've never ran into anything like that. They're just trying to scare people.

I tried to search that but the internet is giving me something else. Can you post link to that law?

It was an AI quote. Figures it would be wrong(it is).
In short though it is false representation claiming legal authority they do not have (and does not exist in Indiana),and the local prosecutor should be notified.
