The pistol comp target is now up!

Kids can use .22lr pistols everyone else any other caliber pistol OK.

But.. but.. I thought we weren't allowed to move the line up any more??

I'm not shooting a pistol comp from bloody 25 yards.

Pistol comp is at 25 yards out. You do not have to participate if you do not want to. I'm NOT with the .gov and won't force you (YET) to do it. Now if it was health insurance well...

Napalm the only reason I dont shoot it is because it's only a bloody 25 yards...

There are beans in it, it's actually being made by my step mom...i didn't have time to make it so im picking it up from her on our way out.

Sorry guys & gals I'm not going to be able to make this one. The wife had surgey Wednesday and is still not moving well. Over all she is doing well.

No excuse, I had a vasectomy, and I was out putting plow gear on today, and unless the kids are sick, Im going tomorrow.

I might wake up at 4, hit the gym, and head over when I'm done, I dunno yet. Might bring the M1A and Ruger MkIII, or nothing at all. Actually, the M44 might come if I'm gonna be getting there around opening time since it should be pretty low light still, which means nice muzzle flashes.

I'll be bringing something new I picked up at the gun show today. I used to own a few Handi Rifles a few years back, got rid of them when I switched to bolt action rifles for bench rest shooting. I almost picked one up in S&W 500 a couple months ago, but couldn't justify the ammo costs for a 'range toy'. The 357 and 44 mag versions from H&R are 22", scope rail, and no sights. Came across this today;

357 magnum, barrell cut to 18" and recrowned(well done), and sights added. Bought it mainly for the unique factor. That, and I missed my Handi rifles.
