You can shoot Paratroopers in the air it’s legal.

Not a pilot they are considered off limits till they hit the ground.

A "parachuting pilot" (I remember that term, could be because pilots run the USAF) had protection while coming down. Joe Fighter Pilot who just ops-checked the ACES-II ejection system has an M9 which is a defensive weapon.

Joe Airborne has an M4, an offensive weapon.

I think that it's 500,000 barrels per day (Fox is off by three orders of magnitude). It's also reported as between 100,000 and 200,000 barrels per day of crude oil, and 500,000 barrels per day of refined products.
