Yes if a company doesn't want to hire you or me or anyone else regardless of the reason, that imo is their right. They own the company. They make the rules. If you cant get a job in your chosen field no matter what the reason, you chose the wrong field. Or perhaps you could open your own company.

And in my eyes it is wrong and an injustice to force companies to hire who they do not want.
