No, I had gotten some rep from the rep thread and removed all of my rep and an additional 100 points, but forgot to turn it back off.

My conclusion is that the rep no longer has any meaning. Someone does not like how we use it so they change it to something they like. Eventually they will develop a system that yields the desired results no matter what we do. Seems we might as well let them assign the rep for us, since we are obviously incompetent to do it ourselves.
