Rain is No Problem at Eagle Creek

I've tried to go to the Eagle Creek range numerous times in the past, and each time the police had taken over the range and it was closed to the public. While I appreciate your invitation, I'd rather attend a range that I won't get blocked out of on a regular basis. If the police are no longer "confiscating" the range every other week, then I might check it out.

I've experienced the same my last attempt I was asked if I had a Glock. I said no and the person said you need a Glock, my puzzled look encouraged the guy behind me to say there is a Glock competition going on. While i kept calm, I really wasn't happy with the visit. I'm from Tx. Trying to find a range or open land where one can pop some rounds is next to impossible.

I'll gladly accept the invite, and want to take my kids.

I've been coming here for 3 years now and I love this place, a great place to learn for beginners as the ROs are very helpful.

Yes. But that is a completely different topic. Although I do like hearing it until 10PM. But now the windows are all closed up and I can't hear them.

I have seen someone shoot a .22 rifle there in the past, unless the rule has changed..
