I am probably wrong, where has INGO ever come down that straw purchace laws are offensive?

Is there anyone who thinks that what this guy did, buy ing firearms with a false ID and selling them to others (likely also prohibited), should not be illegal?

Was Obama responsible? Most likely not.

I'd wager that most of INGO would say the law is dumb if the actual recipient is not a prohibited person.

Oh, I'm betting that there are more than a few on INGO that think that there should be no ID check whatsoever and no restrictions on buying or selling.

Snopes is decent only when you're covering urban legends like razors in apples and flashing your lights is gang initiation and the such. When it comes to anything political they've proven to have an agenda that's heavily biased towards the political left, and are not reliable as a source.
