And...
Unless a Nielsen household has a PPM (Personal people meter), which just rolled out to the top 50 markets, the audio watermark would never be registered by the Nielsen servers.

Also, there is the issue of conflicting SID codes used at different airports depending who the final distributor of the content is.
( Yes, Nielsen ratings compliance is part of my job )
