I've always thought this one might be a fake, because the officer seated behind the cop creepy joe has his hand on looks an awful lot like Steve Carell. No disagreement with the conclusion he's a creeper, just curious about the one photo.

The 22nd amendment was passed by congress in 1947 but was not ratified by 3/4 of state legislatures until 1951. So she's way the **** out of line on that. And I looked up the video of her remarks and, it's just ****ing crazy. She implied that the progressive Democrats had huge majorities and it's the evil Republicans that took all that away. The amendment carried the required super-majorities in both houses to pass. And 3/4 of the states ratified it as required by the Constitution. If anyone thwarted the progressive juggernaut of FDR it was the people. She's not just incredibly ignorant, she's hopelessly possessed by ideology and her own self-importance.
