Pokemon Go

My 15 year old son started playing when it came out, and I was immediately involved because I would hear things like "TURN LEFT! THERE'S A POKEMON UP THERE!" while I was driving him around.

His 10 year old sister loved to see what he caught, watch the eggs hatch, etc. So, she decided she wanted to play, too. The problem with that was that her phone was too old to support the game. So, that's how I ended up with it on MY phone, and it's "our" game.

It's something we can all do together, it's fun, and they actually get along when we're all playing (huge bonus, because they're in a constantly bickering stage right now.)

Well I guess I can't play any more. The new update locked everyone out that has a rooted phone.

I went for a bike ride on the canal in downtown Indy a few weeks ago and EVERYONE was playing Pokemon Go. I seriously was dodging people left and right who were trying to catch 'em all. Luckily there were no casualties (bike rider or pedestrian).

I would imagine that there are no Pokemon out here, the ticks ate them long ago.

Naw, I gave up when I stopped recognizing the pokemon last year.

I still play when we are out. I live and work in a Pokedesert, nothing around me in either location.
