I'm fat and am working on it. Hasn't been a problem with women so I haven't been "as" motivated to work on it as I should be. What really motivated me is thinking that if TSHTF, I have an entire ruck of unnecessary weight I'm going to be carrying around. I'm 6'3" and 315. My extreme, lightest weight was when I was 19 - 225. Since then though I've increased my muscle mass more and a good weight for me would be 250. That would put me in good condition. So, anyone around Mishawaka want to become an accountability partner for dropping 65 pounds?
