What 's amazing is that Mears thinks this is the Cause:

"The complete lack of regulation when it comes to gun sales and trades in our state puts people in unnecessary danger," Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears said in a statement. "What should have been a straightforward transaction resulted in an absolute tragedy."

Yeah, for the most part, active members all know each other well enough to have a comfort level. Or the person is known by someone you know that can tell you, yeah he might be an ******* but he is good to go otherwise.
