Nice pork chop sammiches.I actually prefer the tenderloins that are NOT beaten out to a paper thin consistency. Couple from earlier this year.

Are we still talking about tenderloins here?I like the thick ones and I like the thin ones as big as an elephant ear. Sort of a variety thing.
Maybe…Are we still talking about tenderloins here?
Very true. But thick is just a breaded pork chop. Not saying that's bad. Just that its not a hoosier tenderloin.I like the thick ones and I like the thin ones as big as an elephant ear. Sort of a variety thing.
Eh, at least they are not fritters...Very true. But thick is just a breaded pork chop. Not saying that's bad. Just that its not a hoosier tenderloin.
That looks so good. We used to have a great place here, but apparently we’re not allowed to have a good restaurant.I actually prefer the tenderloins that are NOT beaten out to a paper thin consistency. Couple from earlier this year.

Pork fritters = g***ks.Never fails. Post a tenderloin pic on a Hoosier forum. And you will kick off a discussion about what is a fritter, and what makes the best Tenderloin.
Always good entertainment.
Also @KellyinAvon I sent emails to the representatives. One actually emailed back and said the lobbyists from car dealerships will never see that removed. All they want on Sunday is an occasional auction or mall tent sale deal.
So it goes I guess.. but the picture of Kellyinvavon sneaking around car lots on Sunday like a ninja will forever live in my head rent free.
Yeah, that's me with the Salma thread.Every time I see this thread get bumped, the "pineapple on pizza" in the title makes me hungry
No sneaking around on Sundays when the polyester clad sharks are swimming elsewhere.Never fails. Post a tenderloin pic on a Hoosier forum. And you will kick off a discussion about what is a fritter, and what makes the best Tenderloin.

Get some good katsu sauce, and try that on the pork as well. Yum. A good Tonkatsu is wonderful.Have been watching a couple of Japanese cooking videos. They make a pork cutlet that looked interesting. So I tried my version of it.
Did not pound out the pork. Put in seasoned flour/corn starch mix, about 50/50. Then egg wash and into panko from GFS. It is the best we have tried. Fry in Crisco at 320 degrees just until brown then into air fryer. 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
They come out crispy and can be cut with a fork. Very tasty .
Don
On a related note, dont shop at GFS while hungry.Get some good katsu sauce, and try that on the pork as well. Yum. A good Tonkatsu is wonderful.
I bet you could fit an entire sliced pineapple on that.
