Very true. But thick is just a breaded pork chop. Not saying that's bad. Just that its not a hoosier tenderloin.
Eh, at least they are not fritters...

I just prefer more meat to breading ratio. I'm not a trained cook to delineate the rest of the differences, but hanging over the plate but 1mm thick isn't my thing.

Never fails. Post a tenderloin pic on a Hoosier forum. And you will kick off a discussion about what is a fritter, and what makes the best Tenderloin.

    Always good entertainment.

Also @KellyinAvon I sent emails to the representatives. One actually emailed back and said the lobbyists from car dealerships will never see that removed. All they want on Sunday is an occasional auction or mall tent sale deal.

So it goes I guess.. but the picture of Kellyinvavon sneaking around car lots on Sunday like a ninja will forever live in my head rent free.

No sneaking around on Sundays when the polyester clad sharks are swimming elsewhere.

I really don’t care one way or the other… But now that the gauntlet has been thrown down I must defend my shark free Sundays.

    Near the big river.
Have been watching a couple of Japanese cooking videos. They make a pork cutlet that looked interesting. So I tried my version of it.

Did not pound out the pork. Put in seasoned flour/corn starch mix, about 50/50. Then egg wash and into panko from GFS. It is the best we have tried. Fry in Crisco at 320 degrees just until brown then into air fryer. 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

They come out crispy and can be cut with a fork. Very tasty .

Get some good katsu sauce, and try that on the pork as well. Yum. A good Tonkatsu is wonderful.
