Well, I got my hands on it today and it is near mint! I wouldn't say it is newish because I can see some very minor pitting, and one small ding on the left side of the slide. Blueing is honestly 90%+, some shiny spots on the inside where metal parts cycle against each other but otherwise the blueing is deep and blue even on the internal parts and under the handguards. I only shot it one at a time but very accurate and very crisp trigger!

For the life of me I couldn't get my phone to overcome the weird light in the room. Bad pics that do not show the great blue hue.

It will be a sad day when it is actually mine (I'll inherit it). They are convinced they'll find the magazine that came with it, they are still looking for it. They do appreciate it, my mother wants to make a shadow box display to store it and display it in (without ammo and adult but not child accessible).
I'll print out some old patent or explosion view art work to serve as the box wall paper. I think my mom is excited to use it as her small rodent gun around the barn outside.
