I wonder what ATF will say about his FFL. It doesn't matter a whit what the state court allowed when it comes to the federal requirements.

If anyone in the local area is looking for another good shop to frequent, try out
    Hitek Firearms & Training

    123 Indiana AveSellersburg,IN47172

    (812) 246-4664

I have been in there a few times, prices are a little higher than what 111 had, but they had a good selection. Also check out

    Triple G Inc

    9351 Highway 150Greenville,IN471249551

    (812) 923-2666

Their prices were the best I have found so far. They are about 15 miles from me, so not too bad.

Well, I recently moved to southern Indiana, so I've been checking out the local gun shops since I am now away from my beloved Bradis (yes, that was a totally shameless plug :D ).

111 Guns in Clarksville IN looked the most promising so far (decent prices, and AK stuff!). However, I read this article yesterday, and now I'm thinking he lost my business before he got it. It just doesn't sit too well with me.

The News and Tribune - Owner of Clarksville gun shop pleads guilty to residential entry in Floyd County

I'm with you brother. There are plenty of small shops in the Jeffersonville, Clarksville and New Albany area to choose from. Two Brothers, Tactical, HiTek, Ron's Gun Repair, That little shop on Hamburg Pike, Bass Pro, Dick's...etc.

All I can say the guy must have a hell of an attorney. Why would a prosecutor go for such a deal if they had a case?

Out of the above mentioned...I've been to Two Brothers, Tactical, Bass Pro. I liked Two Brothers. Bass Pro is a VERY nice retail store, but I didn't snoop around long enough to look at prices on firearm stuff (they were really busy).

I had bought some cheap Russian .223 there a few weeks ago, and so far that's been it.
