The basement space is now very useable and is quite cozy on winter days when the weather is bad. And then there's the view of the lake from the patio door. . . . .

I look forward to retiring there with my new adopted family.

Wow, good catch! The answer: "Because the queen spoke!" (We had the round one upstairs and that's what Mrs. LMW wanted!)

Looks really good! And a job Well done! The studio looked especially nice since I noticed something familiar in the "Background". Nice to know it found a good home. Nice set up BTW!
