I have been putting off buying any Sriracha lately because the color of it is not the bright red it used to be... I bought another brand that isn't as hot, has more garlic and is sweeter... it's not bad. Saw that there was a new bright red batch of Sriracha when I was in KY last week and bought a bottle... it's the same other than I don't think it's quite as hot as it used to be. I think that's actually a good thing.

I bought some of this the other day. I love the garlic in it. I've been eating it by the spoonful.

    Looks good.
My favorite srirachas are heavy on the garlic.

Some are hot enough to become unpleasant, though.

I like a plain old HOT sriracha made from tabasco, jalapeno, chili pequin, tree peppers or anything reasonable.

Don't care for the ones deliberately intended to make my hat smoke.
