    NOBLESVILLE
Hadn't talked to my brother who lives near McAllen, Texas in a while.
Tomorrow "might" be the first day without being pelted with heavy rains in over three weeks.
Says places in the city have 4ft of water standing and the emergency services are asking folks to try to unplug sewer drains if they can do so safely.
They have some severe flood controls in place all through the river valley, but the paved over areas in the cities need drains that work.

Creation knows they've needed some rain, way worse than us, just not all at once.

Gulf has been so stormy, even the big shrimpers are port bound, by orders of the Coast Guard. "Don't makes risk our lives rescuing your dumb a55es, just so you can watch your boat sink!"
