I have Anthem Blue Cross now through work. I just want to sign up for whatever keeps me from being penalized (for the rest of my life apparently! ) Susan's had Medicare for years through SS disability.

Just the $5 kroger specials.

Kamado joe, indirect heat for several minutes and then over to the hot side for a few.

Usually I overcook the meat bit the bacon is spot on.

The way the kamado cooks, even if overcooked, still yummy.

Evenin' Brandon. Those little filets can be pretty decent. You just have to make sure they're not "sirloin filets" like they have from time to time.
