For handling suppressors?I ordered some fancy gloves that are safe to over 900 degrees. Barbecue gloves. But I will use one at the range.
Yes.For handling suppressors?
If it was just the pistol and rimfire, I could probably get by. I can usually use my handkerchief to handle them. But the Surefire is smoking hot. I am afraid of setting the handkerchief on fire I assume the incoming Wolverine (AK) will heat up as well. That’s a good idea, they get mighty hot
Oh yeah, I usually leave em on the gun to cool off. Are you switching between guns though? If it was just the pistol and rimfire, I could probably get by. Just the rimfire and it doesn’t get significantly hot. I have an OCD thing of wanting to put everything away before moving to the next gun that I need to get over. Of course the main problem won’t be really solved by this. I shoot the AR last, so that suppressor is too hot to pack away and I am ready to go.Oh yeah, I usually leave em on the gun to cool off. Safe travelsGood morning gang.
