My first waking act was to peel some potatoes.
Wife almost has biscuits and gravy with fried potatoes and onions ready.

Cheese omelet for me with bacon and toast. Raspberry jam. Just fixed 2 OE with toast and black raspberry jam for Barb.

8 point under the apple tree by himself this morning. Usually has a couple buddies with him.

Last thing I did yesterday was to roll over the patches to the drywall with fresh paint.
I did not paint the entire wall. No need, really.

Wasn't willing to ladder up after that fine breakfast. I ate like a hog and went back for piglet seconds!

I have all the standing reach of studs marked with chalk and the fire breaks I can reach.

I'll ladder some in a bit to confirm marking the top placement of studs, more fire breaks and start at the top shelf.
I'm perceiving that you had some sort of shelf catastrophe that I missed somewhere along the line. Whahappended?

I called and cancelled my directv yesterday. I don’t want to support any more crap that I find sacrilegious

1st time in the 14yrs I've lived here I finally have internet hardwired to the house. Going to cancel my Dish network and go with a streaming service this week. Not sure which one to chose but I bet the kids at Best Buy will help me with that.

I agree with Magyars about how difficult it can be to draw lines in the sand and try to stick with it.

I've only been with DTV for less than a year, but I had to get out from under Comcast/Xfinity.

I don't watch but a small portion of what I am billed for.
    Frustrating!
I do have an extra irritation about the Scientology nonsense.

Curious as to what specifics might have added to your decision.

    Good morning all!
Since the car rolled to 100k miles this week. Figured a few things are well deserved for it.

    New air filter last week.
    New spark plugs this week.
    Oil change next week.

This week wasn't a good week for scrap. Only brought back 2 ac units. :(

Grass should be cut, thinkni will lower the blades when ever I cut next. Hopefully help the birds get the bugs better.
