    We have meats fire broiled for tomorrow as well, so Wife will get some.
    Brought out some of that overload of fish from the freezer as well, mainly just for her.

    Stirred at the baking beans and no reason to touch them again for hours, except to add some molasses in a bit. I usually add that toward the end of cooking.

    Just got set down after laundry folding, dish doing and litter box duty. Oh and I made breakfast for dinner and clarified some butter. First experience with seasoned carbon steel skillets went well tonight. At $12 a pop for the 9", I can afford them and after seasoning today they turned eggs out like a Teflon pan tonight. Very pleased.

    wife & I went out to Texas Roadhouse (where we met) tonight. We both got bone-in ribeyes, beers, & with appetizer it came out to about $120. When I served there (2015) if I made $60/night that was BALLIN:pimp:

    we’ll probably go for wings next time
