I have some papers I need to get filled out before my meeting at 1:00. Sort of a bad time when you have a 45-60 minute drive…

Got hungry. No decisions to make. Too much great food left over in the fridge.

A few taters and onions, a slice of pork, scrambled some eggs in, wrapped it in a couple of tortillas, biggest jalapeno. I had milk this morning.

Daughter just finished replacing the shower head in the guest bath. ALL BY HERSELF!!

I was asked for the right tools. No problem, but I inserted myself as Observer and Consultant.

As soon as I pointed out that she had the Teflon tape backwards, I was escorted from the jobsite by upper management. Dear sweet wife.

"She has to learn things on her own, just like you do!"

I have to appplaud her success! A "fancy" Delta thing with a hose attachment, all set in perfectly.
Proud dad and getting me out of her way was what needed to happen.
She did it on her own.

I know, no big deal, right?
... but so many youngs struggle with any amount of hand work, even worse if tools are involved.

I've been in some of those deserts. If there's a saguaro near, you sit in its limited shade, not in the sun.

Wife goes back to work tonight.
She is missed, but not just for her kitchen prowess.

Spent a few hours disassembling 2 large tv's for disposal. Found out projection tv's are filled with oil.

Good afternoon INGO! Spent the morning running errands and getting a birthday gift for my son. Then went to work on an electrical gremlin in a car. (They are such a PIA!) Taking it easy now for a while and then will start prepping dinner.
