Anyone that makes an ordinary hot dog look like a belt, is definitely a fancy boy.
We used to wrap them in bacon before grilling. I called them "wiener mignon". Then we'd put our condiments (cheese, ketchup, mustard and relish in my case) in a bun, add the wiener mignon, wrap the whole thing in foil and then set them on the coals in a camp fire, turning frequently for a few minutes. It would toast the bun and melt the cheese. They were yummy! Not sure anyone can be called fancy for eating hot dogs
Who could compete with that level of fanciness? Did you first, make them look like a belt?We used to wrap them in bacon before grilling. I called them "wiener mignon". I did not. You are right though! Although the bacon would've hidden the carving work.Who could compete with that level of fanciness? Did you first, make them look like a belt?
That would be master level.
The carving would allow for the bacon grease to saturate the dog. Win...Win.I did not. You are right though! Although the bacon would've hidden the carving work.
