Yep, I figure the longer this mild weather lasts, the lower the opportunity for really crappy winter weather we have. Supposed to be kinda damp and cloudy Saturday but still near 60* for a high. High Sunday is only 36*.

And got out the Christmas display stuff.
Ran out of energy for putting them up.

I gave up on even putting lights on the house last year. As the grandkids got older (and I got older), I just lost my enthusiasm for it. Kudos to you for keeping yours going!
