Just pulled out a chunk of pork loin to thaw. I'll have to decide if I want to cut it into pork chops or cook it as a roast with apple butter glaze tomorrow. Or maybe a jalapeno peach glaze.

I won a drone and a certificate for a golf lesson that I sold to someone who wanted it. I kept the drone. The finalists in the tournament were two ladies that play on a team from the bar we go to all the time. The guys they beat in the final rounds were not happy. The final tally raised for the food bank (not counting food donations) was $3,660. Not bad for one day.

Not bad at all mom. Food bank can probably use all the help it can get.
