I just ordered a vitamin supplement called NAC. I saw it mentioned in Larry's "Cancer Sucks" thread and started looking into it. It appears to be good for so many things and helping to control LDL is one of them. We're going to give it a try.

Dang it. Fresh Thyme is having a sale on beef tenderloins for $9.99/lb. today only, starting at 10 a.m.. I'm sure they'll be out by the time I get done with work.

You know, that's what I thought about them at first. I figured they'd be like Whole Foods. But when I actually started looking at their weekly ads, they have some really good deals from time to time. And I will say that their customer service in the store is top notch, from the meat counter to the checkout lanes. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Big change from Kroger, that's for sure.
