Pretty much. 18 eggs, 1/3 cup of milk, green onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, browned sausage and shredded cheddar cheese. Bake it for 18 minutes and let cool and cut them up. I'm going to freeze one pan of the portions for my parents. Last time, I did them in muffin pans...much harder to get clean....and they reheat in the microwave in a minute. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. You can put whatever you want in them.

That's pretty much what it is. Super easy to make though and very convenient when you need something quick in the morning.

What a beautiful day! Put the top down on my German cabriolet to soak up some sunshine and took my wife to Heidelberg Haus on Pendleton Pike for lunch. Had bratwurst’s, potato salad and iced tea for lunch. Hit their bakery for some deserts and went home to watch some football. Great day!

Only my computer and phone do it on their own here. Everything else is manual. Just have the wall clock out here in the family room and the one in my car to do.
