I have a coffee warmer ancjr, it works like a candle warmer, except it's pressure sensitive.

I may go ahead and change the oil in my car this weekend too. Never got around to it last week.

Afternoon all. Had a Dr. appt at 11:00. Been havening issues with my neck which permeates down thru my shoulder's upper chest and arms. causing headache, pain and weakness. It's been really debilitating. Dr wants me to do some physical therapy on my neck and see how that goes first. If I'm still having issues, then she'll most likely refer me to a head, neck and spine specialist and perhaps get an MRI done.

Just had a late lunch. Leftover pot roast sammich from yesterday and coleslaw with an iced tea.

Thanks, me too. It's just another health issue now on top of all the other ones. Cardiopulmonary, digestive, bad hip now this, it's really piling up.

Thanks, me too. It's just another health issue now on top of all the other ones. Cardiopulmonary, digestive, bad hip now this, it's really piling up.

Susan's got to go back to her ENT doc tomorrow. A little over a week ago, she "choked" while we were out to eat. Got a piece of food that wouldn't go down and wouldn't come up. She could breathe, but couldn't swallow and was gagging (kinda gross in a restaurant). We want to make sure that the esophageal cancer hasn't come back and that there's nothing else going on there. She's been sick the past couple of days too, not being able to eat anything because her stomach has been too upset.

Thanks guys. She's had it rough for awhile with that stuff plus her constant pain from fibromyalgia and neuropathy.

KG1 I remember Dad having something like that. They gave him some leather strap contraption where he sat in his closet doorway with thing stretching his neck upward. Hope they give you some relief.
