When I was 10 or 11, the company my dad worked for had an abundance of "economy mulch" which was basicly ground up debris from construction sites, whole trees and all. #18 53' walking floor trailer loads. Over 720,000lb of it. We used a lot of it for soil ammendment, but the bulk of it was amazing to dig in and blow up with fireworks, use as a backstop when shooting, etc.
