The local ones seem watered down or something...

And I haven't been in a long time... maybe they fixed it...

We got them once and they were white as vanilla and the lady told us they were using a substitute formula until they could get the actual mix.

If anything, the ones I get are super thick. Pretty much like soft serve ice cream.

My complaint with the one I go to is when they're advertising "specials" - like the peppermint Frosty, or the strawberry Frosty, and they run out or don't have them. Or when they were promoting their breakfast croissants and were out of croissants. Heck, the other day they were out of spoons! That's just poor management.

Another time a lady came in and ordered a baked potato. They said it'd be at least 45 minutes and she said "Ok" and sure enough it was almost an hour.
