I used to get down in my back pretty often, but I got caught in a skid steer bucket and almost pulled in half. Ever since then I have sore hips and back but never as bad as I used to.

Afternoon all! Man I'm glad to be back home and in "normal" clothes. Traffic was sucky on the way home. With 465 westbound being closed at I-65, traffic was stop and go from I-74 all the way to 65. I got off at the exit before 65 (Emerson). Made for a long commute.

Had a Dr. Appt. this morning.

1.5 hrs after when my appt was, I had to leave without ever seeing the Doc. They acted like I was doing them wrong when I told them I couldn't wait any longer.

Had to get back to meet the insurance adjuster.

Howdy Jay! I think patients should get to bill doctors that don't keep their appointments just like they do to their patients.

Yeah. I just asked them if I showed up 1.5hrs late for my appt, how would they handle it.

It's ridiculous.

It's over 2hrs round trip plus 1.5hrs sitting there waiting.
