Good morning everyone. Been absent for a week or so other than quick lurks. Busy with appts. & family stuff. Wife’s sister and husband were here last week from Kansas for annual visit. She has early onset dementia so visit has more meaning than normal as never know what another year of it progressing until next visit will mean.

Oldest son and dog arrived yesterday for 5 or 6 days until he heads back to DC. So this week is full also. Has some extra meaning also as will probably be another year until we see him again. After 4 years back in the states, in late August he heads to his next assignment of 3 years at the embassy in Rio De Janeiro. Will be a “tuff” 3 years as his housing is in a high rise across the street from Copacabana beach. So we may see him once a year if we are lucky. Also his dog is part of our “family” as he has spent from 1 week to several months annually living with us since June 2009. At 15+ years old he is basically blind, deaf, and multiple health problems. May be his last visit. He still LOVES it here and great to watch him frolic in green grass.

The problem today is that once Waylon caught smell of the blood he is fighting to get over to the cage now.

Well, I found out that witnessing someone shooting without a backstop doesn't result in charges. There has to be damages and charge brought by the owner of the property where the bullets are landing...

Also nothing to be done about exploding targets or the smoke unless there are verifiable damages.
