I actually feel bad for their employees. They have to do a lot of hard work in a large area surrounded by people that basically hate them.

sounds like someone needs a new load of stone in the drive for the trouble, or some excavation work done.
if we stage stone on someones property, their driveway gets smoothed out and fresh stone put down

Scrap yards wont take RR track, kid I know has a bunch with a 1918 date on it and the scrap yard said they wouldnt take it cause it could be stolen

Since they're an out of state 3rd party contractor, they don't have anything to lose in a way... I'm not going to start a fuss with them before I have to.

If you can show them a work order for it's removal, I'm sure they'll take it.

But, they're worried about the law, cause so many in the past took stolen metal.

They want it both ways. CSX claim exclusive right and mutual right according to which benefits them at any particular point in time.

Finally remembered I need to send the State a list of "open days" for my Legion Post.

Cause as much as I "enjoy" friggin government red tape, it's even more of a pain when I'm a week late.
