Went to Aldi and to get smokes and beer. I must have just missed the funeral procession for the State Trooper that was killed. On the way to Aldi I saw a van parked by the entrance to the shopping center and people sitting in chairs in front of it, and thought that was odd. Then up a little further on the other side of the road I saw a couple of pickups parked and some guys standing around by them, but then I noticed that a couple of them were holding American flags and then it clicked. By the time I was heading home, I caught the last of the traffic backup that had grown behind the procession, but it wasn't too bad.
