I could see it working great for a small website selling widgets. For a business paying hundreds of thousands of people, dealing with Congressional legislation and multiple agencies all with different rules? Not so much.

Meh, I worked on some great teams and we killed it using Agile.

Takes discipline and good leadership though. Too many places mess it up though and half ass it
