It's about 45 minute drive when following traffic controll devices, speed limits and staying in my lane....

So, I decided to try that GOLO stuff after seeing all the commercials. It came today. I looked at the suggested menus and I can see why it would make you lose weight. It's all nasty stuff, and in tiny little portions. I'm just going to work on reducing my portion sizes of "regular" food and taking their "Release" supplement. Not going to eat one egg with a side of tofu or quinoa for breakfast.

The serving sizes are so small, I think I'd be throwing out a lot of food. I mean, where do you find 3 oz. steaks or 3 oz. chicken breasts?

I think you could buy a steak and eat on it for 5 days
