    Just got a scam call from "my bank". It was super realistic. They called from the actual bank fraud department number and had a boatload of information. They even sent you a text from the same number the bank uses. It was very believable up until they text you a password reset and try to convince you to read it back to them as a verification.

    So I had to call and have the card cancelled and change all the info.
    That is a total pain in the ***

    That happened to me too with my credit union account! I went in and talked to a branch manager and subsequently they sent out an email to all members warning about scammers that were spoofing their real phone number. I hate scammers. :xmad:
