Howdy Mij, Expat and Coop. Back from the grocery. Expensive trip, but I got some NY strips ($7.99/lb. with digital coupon), 3 lbs. thick cut pepper bacon for $16 (not a great deal, but good bacon), and 3 lbs. 80% ground beef @$2.49/lb.. Plus beer for me, beer for Susan and a 1.75 liter of Jagermeister.

I got stuff to make a breakfast pizza Sunday morning too. Pillsbury pizza crust. Plan on cooking off a pound of sausage and some bacon, then use part of the sausage to make a small batch of gravy for the "sauce". Top it with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and cheddar cheese.
