Just got back from my son yellow ribbon deployment ceremony.

Seeing him say good bye to his sons for a year really choked me up. Time for grand dad and grandma to make more visits to the kids house to help out a bit

I get 6 weeks of vacation a year and only use 2-3 each year. My much younger employees get upset if they might leave one day on the table.

I get 5 weeks Vacation - I take the same 3 weeks + every year - then take Fridays off from December going backwards - so I have 4 day weeks in November & December
