I have a lot of hoeing and weeding to do. I burned the last two weekends with weddings, birthday parties…

Looks like we are supposed to have a few decent temp days coming up.

I'm hungry. I want to eat out again. Been doing that a lot lately. lol I'm such a sloth.

Our garden is coming along nicely.
Mater plants are showing some fruit.
We see some cucumbers.
The onions are doing well.
The pepper plants are slow.
We did not get it in early like we wanted but it is in. Can’t wait for one of CKWs pasta garden salads.

My onions already seem to be stopping and they aren’t that big.

Zukes are starting to produce so they will be hot and heavy for awhile

We like to use them before they get really big. The taste seems to be different. We replant what we take so there is a steady supply for the summer dishes the family likes. We can tell the difference between store bought and from the garden.

We though about less cucumbers and adding Zules this year but everybody loves the garden cucumbers so we planted 2 kinds. 1 for pickles and 1 for eating.

Yes indeed. I think I will be back to work in 1 month.
