    what about the Indiana constitution?
Section 32. The people shall have a right to bear arms, for the defense of themselves and the State.

I have two brother in-laws that are Indiana cops.
After discussions, I was left with the impression that the law enforcement officers don't get the best education when it comes to firearms rights and laws. You would think that they would come up with a word document listing high points. Make the officers read it and pass the test, just like the drivers manual. Especially given that the people they are harassing are armed. rule number 1...be polite, the red neck might have a gun.

+1 for taking a stand and the time out of your day to deal with this situation. Many may not have the time or want to take it. Well done!
